Great first impression and service. Dr. Ritchey was very thorough. She even performed a simple cancer screening on my gums. First time I've ever had that from a dentist. Going back this week for a cleaning and I'm looking forward to it. She will be my dentist for years to come.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ritchey’s for more than 15 years. I always feel that I receive excellent care. This past Saturday night, between Christmas and New Years, I developed an abscess that needed to be addressed ASAP. Sunday morning I called Dr. Ritchey’s emergency number she responded in short order then met me at her office shortly thereafter. With in a half of an hour Dr. Ritchey and her assistant Natalia treated my problem. Fantastic service!

I have NEVER had a better experience. I was looking for a new dentist (due to insurance changes) and since the rest of my family had felt good about Dr. Ritchey, I was thinking I try to consolidate our providers. A broken tooth sent me there before I had planned. I got an appointment the day after I called, the staff were wonderful and Dr. Ritchey made and implanted a new crown on the spot! Magnificent! It feels great and everyone was super nice. Great Work! Is she my new dentist? You bet.

I just had a broken tooth capped at Dr. Ritchey's office. The day after, it's as though nothing happened. I had horrible dental experiences as a child so I was nervous going in, but Dr. Ritchey and the staff are excellent explain everything and do a great job. It was painless and fast; the entire process was finished in between an hour and an hour and a half. It was interesting to watch the 3D modeling software, polishing the cap, etc. I'm impressed, relieved, and thankful. Dr. Ritchey called me the next morning to check on things. I recommend them highly. Time to give up my thoughts of Medieval torture chambers whenever I have to visit the dentist.

I have been going to Dr, Ritchey since moving to Santa Fe. She is caring, as is her staff. I have always been treated well. And it was great to go and be able to get a new crown in a little more than an hour. No more getting a temporary, waiting for the creation of the real crown and then returning. The office's 3D capabilities are cutting edge. I have recommended her to others and the feedback I get from them is A-1.

Dr. Ritchey is top notch. Professional and always makes sure she explains what is going on and her best plan to address it. Her team is equally great. Very well trained and great with follow-up and always exceeding my expectation. There is always a friendly phone call the day before the appointment giving a reminder and then a follow-up after a procedure to check in and see how the patient is doing. A First Class dental professional.

Wow! My wife and I went in to our new dentist and of course I was feeling anxiety about going. These guys were awesome! The hygienist Abby was super kind and did not use the sonic drill on me . She was thorough in talking me through everything she was doing. Doctor Ritchey was amazing too. I actually am looking forward to my next visit with them. That is a first for me! My wife had a great experience with them too.

I am very happy with this office, especially their new location, which is modern and well-appointed to ensure every patient is comfortable. Dr. Ritchie is thorough and attentive, and her team is both experienced and genuinely caring. She consistently follows up after appointments, and she and her staff have done an excellent job addressing all of my dental needs. I’ve been a patient here for six years, and I can honestly say this practice has earned every bit of my loyalty. Roxanne, my dental hygienist, is truly exceptional. She is thorough, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything that needs to be addressed actually gets done — nothing falls through the cracks with her. She also goes out of her way to help coordinate appointments, which makes the whole experience so much easier. Dr. Haley Ritchey is equally competent. She and her team work seamlessly together, so I always leave feeling informed and confident about my dental health. And if you’ve ever dreaded dental work, you’ll be relieved to know that any repairs here are completely painless, because they keep their equipment up to date, which means a lot. Thanks Ladies!
